  • Your insurance coverage may vary depending on the provider you see, and it is always your responsibility to be aware of your benefit plan’s limitations.
  • Many insurance companies are currently disallowing massage therapy on the same day as chiropractic care. Please call our office for verification of coverage.
  • For more information on how your benefits work, review this information, or contact the front desk with specific questions.
  • We require all massage patients to have current (less than 6 months old) records on file in our office for diagnosis, which means that we will either need records from another office, or we will ask you to schedule a chiropractic consult in our office for a physical exam.
